  I am a small breeder.I have learned alot since I got my first sugar gliders, and I'm still learning. It seems to be an on-going thing with these little guys, as everyone is finding out more about them all the time. I can't stress enough the importance that you do alot of research before you decide to own glider(s), or should I say "Being owned by glider(s)". It is recommended to get 2 so they have a friend to cuddle with.

They were introduce into the States in the mid 80's and sold for a lot higher price then they do now . A lot of time has gone into learning about them such as their diet and care. Since we can't grow things that they eat in their natural habitat, so we have to improvise on their diet so they get the necessary things they need to be heathly and happy.
